Premium Care Plan Policy

As part of our commitment to your hearing health, we include our Premium Care Plan at no charge, to provide you with exceptional worry-free hearing aid care for 5 years from the date of purchase. The Premium Care Plan includes the following:

  • Complimentary in-office clean & check maintenance visits every 6 to 12 months
  • Complimentary batteries dispensed at the end of your adaptation period visit and at your 6-12 month maintenance visits.
  • Hearing aid reprogramming following manufacturer’s repair
  • Replacement domes for receiver-in-the-ear-hearing devices
  • Replacement wax filters
  • Tubing changes for behind-the-ear hearing devices

Hearing Aid Warranty Policy

Hearing aids will be covered under the manufacturer’s repair warranty. The length of the warranty is either 1, 2 or 3 years and depends on the level of technology of the hearing aids. The following items will be covered free of charge during the warranty period: all service and repairs, replacement of speakers for receiver-in-the –ear aids, supply of disposable domes for receiver-in-the-ear aids, and all hearing aid related appointments.

Hearing aids will be covered under the manufacturer’s loss & damage warranty. The length of the warranty is either 1, 2 or 3 years and depends on the level of technology of the hearing aids. Any hearing aid that is lost or damaged will be replaced one (1) time during the warranty period. A replacement fee will be charged to replace each lost or damaged hearing aid.

Adaptation Period

From the date of purchase, all purchasers will be allowed a 45 day adaptation period to allow for adjustment to amplification. Within the adaptation period the hearing aids may be exchanged for a different model or returned for credit. Refunds will be issued for hearing aids that are returned for credit, less the deposit.
